Job Title: On-Site Hardware Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced field engineer to provide on-site support for hardware replacement, break-fix tasks, and PC repairs in South Australia, Victoria, and New South Wales.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Pickup and delivery of replacement parts from the data warehouse to customer locations.
  • Hardware repairs and break-fix: Identify and resolve hardware issues, including replacing faulty components such as RAM, hard drives, motherboards, and power supplies.
  • Software installation and configuration: Install or reinstall operating systems, drivers, and required software while ensuring updates are applied.
  • Data security and testing: Secure critical data before repairs, conduct post-repair testing, and validate system functionality.
  • Documentation and ticket updates: Capture before-and-after photos, complete the Service Verification Report (SVR), and update ticket status in a service management system.
  • Device handover and returns: Ensure repaired devices are properly returned to customers with verification. Drop off faulty components at a designated warehouse location.

Requirements:
  • Full-time or dispatch mode: Availability of minimum 2 days a week during business hours on weekdays.
  • A valid driver's license is mandatory.
  • Ability to handle up to six tickets per day and be comfortable traveling to multiple locations.
