The Role of a Department Leader is to ensure the smooth operation of our office in Brisbane.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Reporting directly to the Area Manager
  • Market analysis and reporting
  • Creating strategies for marketing and new processes
  • Handling HR and recruitment duties

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as Senior Property Manager, Head of Department or Team Leader
  • Able to manage and lead a team
  • Demonstrated ability to update, develop, implement and evaluate policies, procedures and programs
  • Current QLD Certificate of Registration
