Confidence Coach for Young People

We are seeking passionate individuals to join our Youth Individualized Program team in Sydney's Western Sydney. The successful candidates will work with young people with disability, helping them build confidence and independence.
The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for working with young people, a NSW P2 or full driver's license, and the ability to work 9.00am to 3.00pm for 4 days a week.
Key Responsibilities:- Support young people with disability to build confidence and independence.
- Help clients express themselves through art, cooking, or gardening.
- Encourage physical activity through yoga, gym, or wellness routines.
- Support engagement with the community, including selling creative work.
- An attractive hourly rate starting at $34.59 + Super + Penalty Rates.
