Job Opportunity for Basketball Coach and Mentor

We are seeking passionate and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Coaches and Mentors. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young athletes while developing valuable life skills.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work closely with a team, and possess a strong ability to inspire and motivate others. While prior coaching experience is helpful, it is not essential - we welcome individuals from all backgrounds who are eager to learn and grow.

This position requires a flexible schedule that works around your commitments, a healthy work environment, and fair treatment. We offer competitive pay rates:

  • Starting hourly rate: $25/hour (inclusive of superannuation)
  • Qualified coaches: $30/hour
  • Experienced coaches: up to $40/hour (depending on performance and consistency)
