About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Third-Party Risk Manager to join our team in Brisbane or Sydney. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and leading a new risk management function within our organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective third-party risk management strategies and frameworks
  • Provide guidance and support to stakeholders on third-party risk management best practices
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and mitigate potential risks associated with third-party vendors
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to third-party risk management
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of risk-based policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Masters degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in risk management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Demonstrated expertise in third-party risk management, including vendor due diligence and risk assessment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and make informed decisions
