Job Overview

As a seasoned Digital Solutions Expert, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the design and solutioning of cutting-edge platforms across various modules such as IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD), and Customer Service Management (CSM).

You will be responsible for driving innovative solutions, conducting client workshops, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and business-aligned solutions. Your expertise will ensure that proposals and implementations reflect platform best practices, technical excellence, and strategic value for enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading end-to-end solutioning for digital RFPs, including requirement analysis, architecture design, effort estimation, and proposal development
  • Designing scalable and maintainable digital solutions across modules like ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and custom applications
  • Conducting client workshops and discovery sessions to gather requirements and present solution options
  • Collaborating with sales, delivery, pricing, and product teams to ensure solutions are feasible and aligned with business goals
  • Creating high-impact proposal content that clearly communicates technical and business value
  • Engaging with enterprise clients to understand strategic needs and tailor digital solutions accordingly
  • Ensuring alignment with digital platform best practices and integration capabilities
  • Supporting pre-sales activities and contributing to capability development across the organization

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in architecting and implementing digital solutions across multiple modules
  • Proven success in leading digital solutioning for complex RFPs
  • Strong consulting background with enterprise client engagement
  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration for scalable and cost-effective solutions
  • Deep understanding of digital architecture and integration capabilities
  • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies
  • Solid grasp of ITSM/ITIL frameworks and alignment with digital platforms
  • Certifications (Preferred): Certified ServiceNow System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), Certified Application Developer
