Material Handling Expert Wanted

We are seeking an experienced Material Handling Expert to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and safe material handling for our projects.

Your primary responsibility will be to manage the site storage facilities and lead the storage/warehouse team to ensure timely material availability at the place of installation and proper storage as per storage and handling instructions.

You will also be responsible for defining storage layouts for inside and outside storage areas, managing incoming and outgoing goods, related inspections, administration of materials and parts in our warehousing software to ensure transparent material status and frequent reporting.

In addition, you will identify bottlenecks, develop mitigation measures by involving necessary parties such as site quality and site production to ensure internal and external milestones are met; handle all SAP-related processes.

Other responsibilities include implementing unpacking of material process including disposal of package waste, establishing and maintaining close communication and coordination with off-site shipment department and external parties, initiating frequent inspections as per storage requirements and procedures, and supporting local transportation between port and site considering local applicable rules.
