Purpose of the Role

This Dewatering Operations Manager role oversees the planning, execution, and management of dewatering operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and effectively.

  • Direct engineering, operation, and execution teams in construction contexts.
  • Manage plant, equipment, resources, and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve operational targets and strategic objectives.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures, conducting regular inspections and audits.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
  • Directly reporting to the department manager, working independently within an engineering and operational team.
  • Liaise with project managers, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to coordinate dewatering activities and resolve issues.
  • Track costs, monitor performance against targets, and report on progress to relevant stakeholders.
