Ours is a business that transforms lives by empowering individuals to achieve their career aspirations within the life sciences sector. We achieve this through a team of passionate and knowledgeable Consultants who possess a deep understanding of their market sector.

We are now seeking to recruit talented individuals for our Trainee Recruitment Consultant training program, which has a proven track record of developing successful and ethical recruitment consultants. To be successful, you will need to possess a scientific or business degree and be eager to embark on a career change. Throughout the training program, you will be closely mentored by one of our experienced Consultants, who will guide you in developing your skills and knowledge.

To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate:

  • A genuine passion for people and a desire to make a positive impact in their lives
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to listen effectively and convey your ideas clearly
  • The ability to absorb information quickly, take action confidently, and strive to achieve and exceed your professional goals
  • An energy and enthusiasm for making a difference in your own life and the lives of others
  • An ongoing commitment to learning and professional development
  • Computer literacy and preferably experience with database management

Desirable Qualifications and Experience

  • Degree qualifications in Science, Engineering, Data Science, Pharmacy, Business, or Human Resources
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a professional business environment
