Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • 4+ years' experience as a lawyer
  • General commercial contracting experience is essential
  • Strong technical skills, including drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work autonomously and prioritize tasks effectively
