Senior Commercial Lawyer Position

We are seeking an experienced commercial lawyer to join our team.

The successful candidate will provide high-quality legal services to clients, including business sales and purchases, loan agreements, shareholder agreements, and other general commercial work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide advice on commercial law matters, including contract review and negotiation.
  • Assist with general commercial litigation matters, including case management and dispute resolution.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

Requirements:

  • Admission to practice law in Victoria with a minimum of three years post-admission experience in commercial law.
  • Experience in family law and property law is desirable.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
