Workshop Leadership Opportunity

As Workshop Supervisor at CDC NSW, you will oversee and develop the maintenance team at our Katoomba Depot. Key responsibilities include:

  • Planning and managing daily workshop functions to meet or exceed expectations.
  • Managing vehicle maintenance workflows, including servicing, repairs, job card preparation, and maintenance records review.
  • Responding to breakdowns and accidents, sourcing spare parts, and monitoring workshop performance indicators.
  • Conducting toolbox talks and reporting minutes.

You will also be responsible for maintaining the depot fleet to a safe and presentable standard, adhering to National Heavy Vehicle Regulator and Roads & Maritime Services regulations.

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in heavy vehicle repair and maintenance.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and supervise a team to deliver exceptional outcomes.
  • Sound knowledge of Workplace Health and Safety requirements within a heavy vehicle repair workshop.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
