Room Attendant / Cleaner

The Narrabeen Sands Hotel by Nightcap Plus is a 4.5-star hotel with 47 rooms, located on Sydney's beautiful Northern Beaches.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused and career-minded individual to join our Housekeeping Department as a Room Attendant/Cleaner (Casual).

  • To maintain the highest standard of cleanliness and attention to detail in all rooms and public areas.
  • To work effectively with various tasks in the Housekeeping Department.

We require:

  • Previous Housekeeping experience in a similar role in a 4-star hotel.
  • Cleaning and servicing guest rooms, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good time management and the ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
  • Excellent attention to detail.

The position involves working autonomously and as part of a team environment.

This physically demanding role requires an energetic and enthusiastic person who is ready and willing to work as part of a team.

It also requires close liaison with the Front Office Department and Front Office & Reservations Manager.

Job Types: Part-time, Casual
