Architect and deliver robust, scalable BPM/CRM solutions using the latest Pega platform features
Lead and inspire delivery teams, embedding best practice and ensuring quality outcomes
Partner with senior stakeholders to align technology solutions with business goals
Drive technical excellence, ensuring adherence to Pega Guardrails and development standards
Solve complex challenges with elegant, creative solutions that deliver measurable results
Contribute to business development — influencing proposals, winning work, and growing client relationships
Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of learning and innovation

What You Bring
Pega Certified Lead System Architect (LSA) — essential
10+ years' Pega experience, including 5+ years as an LSA in client-facing roles
Proven success delivering large-scale Pega solutions in complex environments
Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
Solid understanding of DevOps, Agile delivery, and enterprise integration patterns
A passion for mentoring and building capability within teams
Excellent communication skills — confident with both executives and delivery teams
Nice to Have
Additional certifications (e.g., Pega Government Platform, Pega Express Delivery)
Experience with Constellation UI, App Studio, or low-code enablement
Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences
A growth mindset and commitment to staying ahead in the evolving Pega ecosystem
