Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our risk management team and oversee risk plans and processes.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned risk manager to partner with stakeholders, maintain accurate risk profiles, and champion effective risk management practices.

As a Risk Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining a broad understanding of regulatory environments and applying this knowledge to risk management plans and processes.
  • Supporting the operationalisation and effective application of our Group Risk Management Framework.
  • Ensuring accurate risk records in line with mandated requirements.
  • Collaborating to identify insightful metrics for ongoing risk management and monitoring risk levels against our risk appetite.

You will also hold a shared responsibility to deliver strategic objectives, ensuring continuous improvement of risk management processes and governance. You will provide training and coaching where required, motivate stakeholders to improve risk management processes, and facilitate area risk forums.

We require a minimum 10 years' experience in strategy, program risk, or risk functions, as well as tertiary or post-graduate qualifications in business, management, risk, or other relevant disciplines. Experience in developing and managing key risk indicators is essential.
