As a seasoned risk professional, you will proactively partner with various business units to identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with our strategy, programs, and projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the complex compliance and regulatory environment and apply this knowledge to provide timely advice on risks associated with relevant regulatory regimes.
  • Support the operationalisation and effective application of our risk management framework.
  • Ensure accurate risk profiles are reported and risk records are maintained in line with mandated requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop insightful metrics for monitoring overall risk levels, ensuring ongoing risk management aligns with risk appetite.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in Strategy, Program Risk or Risk functions.
  • Tertiary or post-graduate qualification in a business, management, risk or other relevant discipline.
  • Proven expertise in developing and managing key risk indicators, particularly those relating to strategy, programs, and project outcomes.
  • Experience working within complex changing environments with multiple stakeholders to deliver commercial outcomes.
