Program & Development

Our 12-month Action Packed Graduate Program is designed to accelerate your learning and development within a supportive environment.

  • Professional Development: Kick-off with an immersive 12-week program followed by monthly clinical workshops and personal growth sessions. We offer a range of training opportunities to align with your interests and strengthen your practice.
  • A Team Committed to Your Success: Weekly 1:1 supervision, an experienced buddy, clinical mentors, group supervision, and fortnightly training.
  • NDIS Support: Our dedicated team helps build knowledge, simplify processes, and support you with report writing.
  • Flexibility: Choose where you work—from home, a café, our clinical hubs, or team spaces.
  • Endless Opportunities: Opportunities to lead or specialise within Ability Action Australia and its affiliation with the MedHealth group.

About The AAA-Team

We focus on the ability of every person and take action to help them get more out of life today. As a nationally registered NDIS provider, we work with people to understand needs and barriers, then develop an action plan to build capacity and maximise independence. Services are provided in the community or at accessible clinics, with a focus on choice in when and how services are received. We are a values-driven, inclusive organisation supporting growth and wellbeing with exciting career opportunities.
