Moorebank NDC Transition Manager

We are seeking an experienced transition manager to lead the Moorebank NDC transition project.

  • Manage the transition execution and progress, ensuring performance meets requirements.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, reviewing issues and implementing mitigation plans.
  • Oversee change management, assessing impacts and identifying bottlenecks.

This critical role will be instrumental in orchestrating a seamless transition from our current NDC network to the state-of-the-art Moorebank facility. The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in managing large-scale transitions, and excellent communication and report writing skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transition Planning and Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive transition plans, ensuring seamless execution of business operations.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders, including supermarket teams, store transition managers, customer hub, and primary connect+ teams.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in supply chain or manufacturing, including replenishment, transport, and DC operations. Strong transformational leadership skills, proven experience leading large-scale transformations, and purposeful and forward-thinking are essential for this role.
