Leadership Opportunity at Moorebank

We are currently seeking a Team Leader to assume a pivotal role within our Customer Fulfilment Centre (CFC) in Moorebank. This exciting opportunity will facilitate the centralised delivery of home orders for key retailers in New South Wales.

Your responsibilities will include ensuring site safety, investigating incidents, and supporting emergency response plans. You will drive a high-performing team culture, build strong relationships with colleagues, and assist supervisors with regular meetings to discuss performance and career development.

In addition, you will be responsible for managing team inductions, compliance training, and upholding company policies and legal requirements. Key qualifications include a degree in Logistics or Warehouse Management, knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety and Chain of Responsibility, and experience leading teams to achieve safety, financial, and service targets.

You will also possess excellent leadership, communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills, as well as decision-making ability under pressure.
