Key role within the Facilities Management team to provide nationwide support for reporting and administrative requirements. This involves collaborating with leadership and delivering exceptional customer service.

The successful candidate will manage contract data, produce reports, and coordinate job completion processes to ensure efficient billing cycles. Strong project management skills and proficiency in IT systems are essential.

Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and experience drafting business documentation are highly valued. Familiarity with Urbanise FM software and intermediate to advanced Excel skills are also desirable.
