Retail Leadership Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Leader to join our team at Coles. As a Department Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of your department, ensuring exceptional presentation, customer engagement, and team member satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop your team to meet sales targets, cost control, and rostering requirements
- Maintain excellent department standards, including stock management, rotation routines, waste control, and quality assurance
- Drive a one-team culture that celebrates success and prioritizes team member health, safety, and wellbeing
