Senior Data Analyst

Data analysts play a pivotal role in driving business decisions with data-driven insights. As a senior data analyst, you will lead and perform requirements management for work being done in programs and projects within the data and analytics portfolio.
This entails developing dashboards to effectively communicate key metrics and trends, sustaining strategic partnerships across departments and external agencies through effective communication and negotiation, defining processes for data management, and analyzing data to establish common data definitions.
- Develop and maintain dashboards using data visualization tools like PowerBI and Tableau.
- Sustain strategic partnerships and collaborate with stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
- Define data management processes and formulate rules for data requirements and designs.
- Analyze data to identify trends, eliminate redundancy, and protect data from misuse.
- Support metadata management, data dictionary, and taxonomy for data standardization and governance.
- Experience in data modeling and data analysis.
- Proficiency in using data visualization tools like PowerBI and Tableau.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work well under pressure.
