Reliability Engineer - Condition Monitoring Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Reliability Engineer - Condition Monitoring Specialist to join our global team and contribute to the reliability and performance of our industrial operations.

  • This role involves providing high-level condition monitoring services, maintaining and analyzing condition monitoring data, identifying site reliability issues through data analysis and plant performance review.
  • Key responsibilities include reporting on vibration analysis, thermography, and oil analysis as required, mentoring trades and team members in condition monitoring best practices, and contributing to business and departmental performance KPIs.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar position, with a strong understanding of condition-monitoring principles and mechanical aptitude.
  • Mechanical Trade qualification and/or Reliability background, with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to OH&S, advanced attention to detail and organizational skills, and familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems.

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and continuously developing the site's condition monitoring program, ensuring reliability and improvement across all plant and equipment.
