We are seeking an experienced Digital Presence Manager to oversee the online presence of our schools. This critical position plays a key role in Web Presence Management, working closely with internal teams to develop and design new web pages and structures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure all websites are up-to-date, user-friendly, and consistent with brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and design new web pages and structures.
  • Develop and support content creation and review, ensuring websites align with strategic goals and enhance user engagement.
  • Translate requirements into website wireframes and create impactful user experiences.
  • Stay current in industry trends, website structure, content, and design strategy, emerging technologies, and digital marketing best practices.
  • Develop and implement SEO strategies, website policies, and standards.
  • Utilise performance monitoring and analysis to provide advice and recommendations for content optimisation and improvements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Digital Marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a website management or digital content role.
  • Proficiency in CMS platforms, and an understanding of HTML/CSS basics.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO principles and web analytics tools.
  • Experience with design tools to create web assets and wireframes.
  • Basic understanding of JavaScript and/or web hosting environments.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Strong communication and project management skills, with experience managing stakeholders.
