**Job Overview**: We are seeking a skilled Nurse to lead our multidisciplinary clinical team in the delivery of high-quality patient care at our new Early Parenting Centre.

The successful candidate will oversee clinical services, facilitate the provision of clinical services to admitted families, and work closely with the NUM and Maternal and Child Health Clinical Nurse Consultant. They will also be responsible for conducting thorough telehealth assessments, providing expert clinical advice, and working autonomously to achieve holistic patient care outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of clinical services during shift hours
  • Provision of clinical nursing leadership to staff in providing person-centred care
  • Facilitation of clinical services to admitted families
  • In-charge responsibilities and close collaboration with the NUM and Maternal and Child Health Clinical Nurse Consultant
  • Conducting thorough telehealth assessments for beneficial, holistic patient care
  • Expert clinical advice on access, triage, assessment, and treatment processes
Requirements:
  • Registration as a Registered Nurse or Midwife in Australia
  • Postgraduate qualifications in nursing or a related field (desirable)
  • Experience in leading multidisciplinary teams and managing clinical services (essential)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team
