We are seeking an experienced Transformation Expert to join our team, who can design and manage comprehensive transformation frameworks that align with organisational goals. The successful candidate will have a proven ability to oversee complex programs across multiple teams, ensuring timely, on-budget delivery with clear outcomes.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have expertise in full program lifecycle management, from scoping to execution and benefits realisation, with a focus on risk management and delivery. They will also have experience in applying methodologies like PMI, Prince2, Agile, and proficient with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement transformation frameworks that align with organisational goals
- Oversee complex programs across multiple teams, ensuring timely, on-budget delivery with clear outcomes
- Apply methodologies like PMI, Prince2, Agile, and relevant certifications (PMP, PgMP, ScrumMaster)
- Manage relationships with external vendors, consultants, and other key partners
- Proven ability to design and manage comprehensive transformation frameworks
- Expertise in full program lifecycle management, from scoping to execution and benefits realisation
- Experience in applying methodologies like PMI, Prince2, Agile, and proficient with project management tools
