Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced finance professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and negotiating finance solutions to help customers realise their vehicle purchasing ambitions.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in finance sales, with strong negotiation, influencing and problem-solving skills. You will be a professional and enthusiastic individual who can maintain relationships and achieve results in a fast-paced environment.

  • Consult with customers on finance related to vehicle purchases
  • Build and nurture lasting positive customer relationships
  • Maintain product knowledge currency to achieve best outcomes
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop solutions that help achieve sales
  • Reach monthly targets and KPIs in a busy environment
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Proven finance sales experience in the automotive industry
  • Strong negotiation, influencing and problem-solving skills
  • Professional and enthusiastic work ethic to maintain relationships
  • A commitment to customer experience, whilst keeping a keen focus on results
  • Good computer literacy and an aptitude to learn new systems and programs
  • Possession of a current drivers license is required
