Sydney Tower Experience Specialist

We are seeking enthusiastic team members to join our Commercial team at the Sydney Tower Eye.
Your role will be focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences by selling products at our gift shop and food & beverage store, receiving and inspecting deliveries, restocking and merchandising, and welcoming guests to the attraction.
Main Responsibilities:
- Foster genuine guest interactions across all areas of the attraction
- Show adaptability and composure under pressure
- Maintain clear and effective communication to minimize misunderstandings
- Embody company values through language, behavior, and actions
- Comply with health, safety, and security protocols
About You:
To succeed in this role, you will have a passion for creating memorable guest experiences with a focus on fun. You will be proactive in your approach to guest service with a positive attitude towards interaction with our guests throughout their journey.
