Job Description

The role of Crypto Account Manager is pivotal in promoting and selling cutting-edge CFD crypto products. You will be responsible for developing and building client pipelines within the crypto space through strong sales skills and market analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales and Business Development:
    • Establish and maintain good cooperative relationships with new clients to foster long-term partnerships.
    • Follow trends and market dynamics in Bitcoin (BTC) and other major cryptocurrencies to provide clients with professional insights and potential trading opportunities.
  • Client Service:
    • Deliver exceptional customer service through various communication channels to ensure client satisfaction.
    • Respond quickly and professionally to client inquiries and effectively resolve issues they encounter while using the CFD trading platform or crypto products.
  • Performance and Goal Orientation:
    • Strive to achieve or exceed set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including sales targets, client satisfaction scores, and activity levels.
    • Continuously learn and master the latest market knowledge, industry information, and details of our trading platforms and crypto products.
