We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Control Systems Engineer to join our dynamic team. This is an exceptional opportunity to take a leading role in delivering innovative automation solutions across a range of complex and rewarding projects.
- This position offers a fantastic chance to engage directly with clients, develop clear scopes of work, and lead the design, development, implementation, and commissioning of advanced control system solutions.
- You will be responsible for ensuring all project deliverables meet high standards of quality, safety, and timeliness.
- In addition, you will provide expert-level technical support and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- This role also requires promoting and contributing to a culture focused on health, safety, environment, and quality (HSEQ).
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years' demonstrated experience in control systems engineering within water/wastewater, mining or heavy industrial environments.
Strong client engagement skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly are essential for this role.
A current Australian driver's licence is also required.
Preferred Qualifications and Attributes- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in programming and commissioning control systems is also desirable.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills are highly valued in this role.
- A proactive, safety-conscious mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement is essential.
