Training and Development Role

The Training and Development Department seeks a highly skilled professional to design, implement, and evaluate training programs aligned with the organization's strategic objectives.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Identifying training needs and developing tailored programs to address these needs.
  2. Collaborating with senior officials to identify and respond to special training requests.
  3. Providing support services related to training and development.

This role requires a high level of knowledge, skill, and mental acuity equivalent to a bachelor's degree in education, human resources, or a related field. A master's degree and teaching experience are highly desirable.

Preference will be given to candidates who are local residents.
