We are seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the role of Job Coach. As a Job Coach, you will play a vital role in helping individuals achieve their employment goals by providing tailored support and guidance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support individuals with disability, injury or health condition to prepare for, find and maintain employment
  • Develop and implement personalized employment plans
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to individuals in employment
  • Build relationships with local employers and promote the value of inclusive employment practices
  • Contribute to the development of new programs and services to support individuals with disability, injury or health condition
Requirements:
  • High interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Strong customer service experience
  • Confidence engaging with local employers
  • Goal-oriented and solution-focused
  • Empathetic and resilient
  • Ability to obtain a current Working with Children Check & Police Check
