We're seeking a Data Analyst that collaborates across our Operations and Delivery Solutions function with a focus on field services and maintenance data analysis.

This role will be instrumental in developing reports, analysing data, and providing insights to drive informed decision-making. You'll work closely with key stakeholders, ensuring performance trends are identified and data is effectively visualised for maximum impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and maintain Power BI dashboards and performance reports to support business decision-making.
  • Analyse operational data to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities that drive strategic decisions.
  • Work with stakeholders to translate data insights into actionable improvements and drive business outcomes.
  • Assist in identifying areas for workforce utilisation optimisation through predictive analytics and data modelling.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and data modelling will be essential for success in this role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to draw insights from complex data sets.
  • Experience working with large datasets to drive strategic decisions and improve business outcomes.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills to communicate complex data clearly and effectively.
  • Bachelor qualified or above in a STEM subject, such as science, technology, engineering, or mathematics.
  • A background in utilities, engineering, or the water industry will be highly desirable but not necessary.
