About the Job

The Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. (AJG) team is seeking a highly skilled Performance Excellence Manager to join our growing team of dedicated professionals. As a key member of our Workers Compensation claims management group, you will play a critical role in driving business excellence and delivering best-in-class claims management services.

Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with our claims staff to uplift our claims management performance through thorough reviews of performance reporting, stakeholder engagement, and provision of actionable recommendations for continuous improvement. This includes ensuring comprehensive governance of our Second Entitlement Review process and Whole Person Impairment management across our claims teams.

Key responsibilities:

  • Supporting the achievement of sustainable business outcomes across our Second Entitlement Review
  • Conducting in-depth reviews of various business areas and providing data-driven recommendations
  • Liaising with WorkSafe Victoria to analyze industry trends and deliver insights on areas of focus for uplifting performance
  • Promoting best practice claims management and supporting initiatives across our VIC Workers Compensation team
  • Mentoring and coaching team members to enhance their skills and knowledge

We are looking for an exceptional candidate with a deep understanding of workers' compensation legislation and regulations, as well as practical experience in claims management and leadership.
