Senior Visual Identity Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to lead our visual identity initiatives in Melbourne.
- Deliver high-quality creative outputs across visual merchandising, packaging and broader design briefs.
- Be a brand guardian to ensure all touch points are protected and aligned with the company's creative vision.
- Manage time across multiple projects to deliver results on time, whilst providing detailed and quality feedback throughout projects to key stakeholders.
- Create artwork that consistently reflects the brand's identity and adheres to established style guides.
- Develop and manage directional signage artwork in all stores.
- Develop artwork for new and refurbished store requirements.
- Develop packaging and labelling style guides in line with the overall company brand strategy.
- Develop creative concepts and design solutions in response to design briefs and job requests.
- Proven experience in delivering creative, inspirational and commercially effective visual design solutions, ideally within retail or visual merchandising.
- Formal qualifications in Graphic Design, Web Design or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) on Mac OS.
