Design Lead, In-House Agency

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Design Lead to spearhead our in-house agency and lead a growing design team. This role involves setting the creative standard, defining visual identity, and ensuring consistency across campaign, content, and retail work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set the visual direction for brand, campaign, and retail work
  • Review and guide design outputs across social, digital, OOH, and in-store channels
  • Manage and mentor a team of designers, supporting skill development and growth
  • Contribute to high-impact design projects and campaigns
  • Maintain brand consistency through design systems, toolkits, and quality control
  • Collaborate with marketing, creative, and agency partners to ensure aligned delivery
Requirements:
  • Strong experience in senior design or art direction roles, ideally in-house or at a creative agency
  • A portfolio that shows multi-channel work across retail, digital, content, and campaign formats
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to grow and mentor other designers
  • Deep understanding of brand identity, campaign storytelling, and design systems
  • High standards of craft and passion for great design
