About the Role:

  • Plan, coordinate, and implement all aspects of the funeral service for families, guiding them through various options available to honor their loved ones.
  • Work closely with families from initial contact to guide them through the process, responding to their requests with service options and solutions.
  • Implement the funeral plan on the day, direct the team, and provide support and guidance for the family.

Requirements:

  • A strong customer service ethos and pride in delivering exceptional service, problem-solving, and customer satisfaction.
  • A professional attitude with an empathetic and compassionate approach towards people.
  • Comfort in working with grieving families and the deceased.
  • Excellent communication and high attention to detail.
  • A full unrestricted driver's license.

Compensation: The estimated annual salary for this role is around $65,000 - $85,000, depending on location and experience.
