About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Aged and Home Care Worker to join our team at Kirinari Community Services. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide domestic assistance, such as cleaning and laundry
  • Accompany clients on outings and appointments
  • Prepare meals and snacks
  • Provide social support and engage clients in activities
Requirements
  • Studying or completed a minimum certificate III in a health-related industry (Individual Support, Community Services, Nursing, etc.)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to develop positive relationships
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification
  • Smart phone and current driver's license
