Marina Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Marina Coordinator to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, providing exceptional service to our guests.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our marina, including coordinating arrivals, departures, airport and resort transfers for marina guests. They will also meet and greet vessel owners and crew, ensuring a high level of customer service and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate arrival and departure procedures for marina guests
  • Meet and greet vessel owners and crew, ensuring excellent customer service
  • Fulfill day-to-day requests from skippers, including cleaning and detailing vessels, delivering and picking up laundry and linen, and administrative duties
  • Process payments and handle general enquiries and complaints in a professional manner
  • Support with marina office and boatyard duties as required

Requirements

  • A current driver's license
  • Ability to obtain a RDA Coxswain 3 qualification
  • Current First Aid and Advanced Resuscitation certificates
  • Strong administration skills
  • High standard of personal presentation
  • Effective communication skills
