Are you a service design expert looking for a challenging role? We have an exciting opportunity for Senior Service Designers to join our team.

About the Role

This is a strategic leadership position that requires hands-on experience in designing end-to-end customer experiences across digital and physical touchpoints. The ideal candidate will be able to influence product, policy, and operational roadmaps through evidence-based recommendations.

The successful candidate will lead enterprise-level service initiatives delivering measurable customer and business outcomes, and will work closely with executives, frontline staff, regulators, and delivery teams to drive evidence-led service improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement service design strategies to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver end-to-end customer journeys.
  • Provide expertise in human-centred design, systems thinking, and evidence-based approaches to inform business decisions.
  • Mentor and upskill mid-level designers to embed service design maturity across the organisation.
  • Drive innovation and data-driven decision making to improve customer satisfaction and business outcomes.
Requirements

We are looking for experienced service designers with a strong track record of delivering complex projects in multi-disciplinary environments. The ideal candidate will have:

  • 6+ years' experience in service design, preferably in a senior leadership role.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Design or a related field, with formal training in Service Design / Innovation.
  • Expertise in human-centred design, systems thinking, and evidence-based approaches.
  • Exceptional facilitation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
