Land Access Officer

About the Role
As a key member of our land access team, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate services to internal and external customers. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional results based on client requirements, contract KPIs, and actively participating in resolving landowner objections.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain group mailboxes and ensure emails are distributed correctly and promptly.
- Foster collaboration with land access officers and stakeholders to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
- Allocate work effectively, maximizing resource availability and skillset.
- Ensure internal trackers are up-to-date and clear, facilitating seamless communication.
- Record-keeping is crucial; ensure LAC documentation and processes align with client practices, systems, and technology utilization.
- Attend stakeholder meetings as required and contribute to weekly and monthly reports on land access progress.
- Provide administrative support to land access staff and the wider AMG team as needed.
About You
- An experienced administrator with the ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail.
- Prior experience working in a similar role dealing with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Knowledge of Land Access Management protocols is preferred but not essential.
