The successful candidate will work in a supportive and professional workplace, providing high-quality interventions to NDIS participants in line with AHPRA and NDIS regulations and client goals.
Key Responsibilities Include- Delivering evidence-based and client-centered interventions in a professional and culturally safe manner.
- Undertaking comprehensive assessments and interpreting findings to formulate treatment goals.
- Supporting and managing a caseload effectively.
- Assisting Participants and other stakeholders in developing and reviewing support plans.
- Collaborating with other health professionals and key stakeholders regarding client care.
- Completing case notes, reports, and other correspondence adhering to required standards, legislative requirements, and ethical guidelines.
