Job Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional individual to fill the role of a Practice Officer, contributing to the delivery of critical mental health services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality customer service and reception support to clients and stakeholders.
  • Manage administrative requirements of referrals, group programs, and workshops.
  • First point of escalation for external provider and client enquiries.
  • Support onboarding and induction processes for new staff and contractors.
  • Assist in financial and office management, including processing invoices, arranging travel, and managing IT or property needs.
  • Maintain data integrity and contribute to quality assurance, compliance, and audit processes.
  • Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Prior experience in administrative and operational support within a health or government service delivery environment.
  • Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to providing high-quality service.
Mandatory Requirements
  • Current Working with Vulnerable People registration or Working with Children Check as required.
  • Australian citizenship.
