Job Title: Clinical Pharmacy Manager

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the provision of a safe and efficient clinical pharmacy service to inpatients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the delivery of clinical pharmacy services, ensuring alignment with relevant standards such as AdPha Standards of Practice.
  • Implement frameworks like the Australian Government's Guiding Principles to achieve continuity in medication management.
  • Measure and analyze information on service effectiveness and adjust priorities accordingly.
  • Oversee the collection of performance indicators and report them to stakeholders.
  • Develop policies and procedures for clinical pharmacy activities and oversee accreditation processes.
  • Provide leadership and performance management to team members.
