Job Title: Senior Clinical Pharmacy Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced clinical pharmacist to join our team as a senior manager. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our clinical pharmacy services.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in clinical pharmacy practice, with experience in managing teams and developing strategic plans. You will be expected to work closely with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of patient care.

  • Lead the development and implementation of clinical pharmacy services across our healthcare system.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective patient care and coordination.
  • Manage and supervise a team of clinical pharmacists and technicians.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures related to clinical pharmacy practice.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Registered Pharmacist license in Australia.
  • Degree in Pharmacy or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical pharmacy practice.
  • Experience in managing teams and developing strategic plans.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
