We are seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will work with clients to identify their goals and provide psychological or physical supports to help them live life to its fullest potential.
This diverse role offers flexibility and autonomy, along with the support of a strong network and resources from a global infrastructure.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work autonomously as well as within a team environment, and have a passion for injury prevention, return to work, and the associated health benefits of work.
Duties and Responsibilities- Case management (caseloads are manageable, and our consultants have the support of Rehabilitation Assistants to alleviate administrative tasks)
- Applying clinical knowledge to improve return to work outcomes
- Working with employers and employees to develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs
- Working collaboratively with injured workers, employers, medical and allied health professionals
- Exposure to a variety of clients, customers, and different types of personal injury schemes
- Completing a variety of assessments using your clinical and discipline-specific allied health skills, such as Functional Capacity Evaluations, Worksite Assessments, Ergonomic Assessments, and Activities of Daily Living Assessments.
- An allied health qualification in Psychology, Social Work, or Rehabilitation Counselling
- Current Professional Registration with relevant governing body
- Strong communication skills to build and develop relationships
- Excellent time management skills - be able to work autonomously as well as within a team environment
- A desire to problem solve with the confidence to be innovative, use their initiative, and achieve results
- A passion for injury prevention, return to work, and the associated health benefits of work
- Energy and drive to grow our services
- A current driver's license and access to their own vehicle
