Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Content Process Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end content operations, ensuring smooth delivery of high-quality content across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities include creating and maintaining project timelines, schedules, and trackers; managing workflow and prioritizing feedback with editors and client stakeholders; coordinating team capacity to balance ongoing production with ad hoc content demands; and leading weekly WIP meetings to capture actions, dependencies, and delivery risks.

This role requires a deep understanding of complex workflows within a media, publishing, or content environment, as well as top-notch time and stakeholder management skills. A clear and confident communicator who can keep everyone aligned and accountable is essential.
