Content Specialist - Australia
Position within Astellas Pharma, focused on digital content creation across brands.
Reports to the Head of Operations and collaborates with cross-functional commercial teams.
This role is hybrid with remote work options and requires a blend of home and in-office (Sydney) presence, subject to business needs.
Description
This is a role within the commercial business unit and is a niche position within the Digital space.
The responsibilities include supporting all Brand leads across brands with digital content creation and ensuring alignment with global content and omnichannel strategies.
Responsibilities
Manage compliant execution and continuous optimization of internal processes around content planning, content creation, content production, MLR review and approval, and content distribution.
Drive local content reuse in the affiliate for co-creation of content with the Global team, ensuring local teams contribute to global brand portals.
Serve as the primary point of contact for the Omnichannel Content Factory and MXM.
Analyse content effectiveness using available performance and engagement data to generate insights and enable data-driven decision making that optimizes ongoing campaigns and future content creation.
Essential Knowledge & Experience
Experienced in pharmaceutical industry and/or agency background.
Recent experience within digital marketing.
Experience and knowledge in content creation.
Involvement in content development and use of omnichannel.
Preferred Experience
Experience within prescription drugs.
Education
Preferred bachelor's degree in science, business or equivalent.
Additional Information
This is a full-time, permanent position.
Position is based in Australia.
Role follows a hybrid working model with a blend of home and a minimum of 2 days per week in the Sydney office.
Flexibility may be required in line with business need.
Candidates must be located within a commutable distance of the office.
