The ideal candidate will be responsible for the efficient processing of large volumes of invoices, ensuring timely and accurate payments in a fast-paced environment. They will also be expected to reconcile vendor statements, communicate with site staff to resolve discrepancies, and provide general support to the Finance team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily financial administrative tasks including invoice processing, matching, and payment reconciliation.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and timely issue resolution.
- Reconcile monthly supplier and credit card statements to prevent any discrepancies or errors.
- Assist in maintaining organized filing systems and performing banking duties as required.
- Provide ad hoc support to the Finance and Administration teams.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Accounts Payable or a related field.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a focus on attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with ERP systems.
