Aerofloat is a leading engineering company specialising in wastewater treatment solutions. We design, manufacture, install and commission innovative treatment systems across various industries.

This role offers the chance to lead projects from concept design through to commissioning across diverse sectors. You'll be joining a team of passionate engineers committed to sustainable outcomes and technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project planning, execution and delivery will be your key focus areas.
  • You will need to manage project scope, quality standards and regulatory requirements effectively.
  • Cordinating internal teams and managing project resources will also be crucial.
  • You will oversee project resource planning and scheduling to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Building strong relationships with clients and suppliers is vital.
  • Providing technical direction and resolving project issues promptly is essential.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in project management for wastewater treatment.
  • A strong understanding of wastewater processes and mechanical system integration.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
  • You must be an effective communicator and leader.
  • Proficiency in project management software and CAD tools is necessary.
